Included in the price:
- Bed linen and towels,
- Wifi,
- Parking,
- Heating,
- Air conditioning,
- Final cleaning,
- Electricity,
- Hot water,
- Use of swimming pool and garden with sunbeds and umbrellas.
Not included in price:
- Deposit € 300,00 is due on arrival. This deposit will be refunded in full at check-out if there is no damage at the time of check-out.
- Tourist tax: € 1,50 per person pro day
We do not have a reception.

Payment method
Payment: cash on arrival or by credit card Visa or Mastercard.
Cancellation policy
- There is no charge for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival.
- For cancellations made after the 14th day before arrival, for no-shows and for late arrivals or/and early departures, we are forced to charge the full amount of the reservation.
